HOUSE BILL NO. 31 "An Act relating to initiative and referendum                                     
petitions; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                             
objected.                                                                                           
                                                                                                    
President Therriault stated HOUSE BILL NO. 31 will be on the May 8                                  
calendar.
